Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

Returns
What is your return policy?+
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Can I return opened cartridges or ink?+
For hygiene reasons, opened sterile items, needles, cartridges and ink are final sale.
Compatibility
Do EZ cartridges fit my machine?+
EZ and Tex cartridges use the universal cartridge standard and fit virtually all rotary pen machines.
Which power pack fits my EZ machine?+
The P3 Pro Power Pack fits P3 Pro and P3 Pro Turbo. The P6 Pro Power Pack fits the P6 series.
What does #10 vs #12 mean?+
Needle gauge: #10 (0.30mm) is a fine bugpin for crisp lines; #12 (0.35mm) is the standard all-rounder.
