Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. Estimated delivery times:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Underlined Tattoo Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package is significantly delayed, feel free to reach out and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at john@underlinedtattoosupply.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
